Andy , Kyle and Erik showed up immediately after our hot water heater disaster and assessed the situation and did the mitigation that needed to happen immediately. Kyle and Eric came on time over the next few days to complete the project. Kyle and Erik were a pleasure To work with. They also went out of their way to limit time without appliances etc. Much appreciated!!! Tony

A slow water leak under our kitchen sink caused major water damage to cabinets, floors etc. Eagle Restoration, LLC sent out Eric and Kyle to assess the situation. They knew exactly what had to be done and set out immediately to take care of everything. Both my husband and I were in awe of how efficient, knowledgeable, professional, polite, and making sure everything was done not only to their satisfaction but ours . They did an excellent job in keeping us informed of the sequence of events that had to take place and the time frame for completion of the demolition part. Want to also say how much we appreciated the fact they would call us if they were going to be late even if it was 10 minutes. This only happened once or twice but they always called to let us know. Wow! Also, want to comment on Andy who was our first contact. He was so helpful, quick to respond to our situation and possessed all the same qualities as Eric and Kyle. They are wonderful dedicated people who were just amazing. We highly recommend them. We would rate them way more than 5 stars. We would rate them as a 10.

Very impressed with eagle restoration. I had a water damage issue in my basement recently and they did a great job with drying it all out. More than that, their communication was amazing, they delivered exactly what they promised, easy to work with, and helped me with the job end-to-end by finding a contractor to do the re-build of what was torn down. That I really appreciated. And that contractor Boris was a pleasure to work with too, really nice and did a great job! Will definitely be going back to them in the future!

These amazing people are the best, so professional and so polite! We had a bad water leak in our master bathroom, which caused water damage in our bedroom and living room, and all/most of our floors! They came right in and got to work on assessing the damage, demoing the area, and getting it ready for the contractor to come in and replace it with a clean starting point. They have so much energy and pride in what they do, it really is a pleasure to see them work. They are so helpful in helping us move our stuff, provided us moving boxes and stuff so we could move, they communicated with us, with each step and what had to be done. They are so personal as well, with chatting with our family, especially with my grandma. Making sure she was convertible with everything, which really set her mind at ease, as she was going frantic with just the fact she had to move out of her home, but my grandma left calm and okay with it all, thanks to these wonderful people. I Highly Highly recommend these wonderful people and business to anyone who needs help with their home! Best in their class!!!! I would give well over 5 stars if I could!

Andy who oversaw the project was very kind and professional. Kyle and Eric were always on time and great with communication! It was not fun dealing with a leakage in our shower but these people made it bearable! So glad we met these guys!

Andy the owner was great at explaining everything that would take place. The techs, Michael and Kyle always kept me informed on what they were doing and when they would be here. I highly recommend this professional service should you need . We live in Central Oregon and one day the Portland crew came over just to keep the project on track.

All staff we interacted with were kind, helpful and very attentive. They took a stressful situation and really eased our worries and made a bad situation not so bad. I'm so glad they came to Redmond and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Really enjoyed working with Eagle Restoration. Professional, polite, thorough, clean, and high quality effort to start the restoration/repair of a damaged ceiling. They fully protected everything in the room that we couldn’t easily remove, taped off the room to control the mess, then completely cleaned the area once they were finished. They even vacuumed my stairs, which is a PITA! Really appreciate the extra effort and super tidy result, ready for new materials. Would absolutely call them again to help with any home repair issues!

Water damage isn’t fun for anyone but they had great attitudes, were polite enough to call me with questions like where to put the toilet, where to put this and that, if it was okay to come at certain times. Definitely recommend the Eagle crew for water damage repair. They were professional and careful with the space. They did not cause any damage to my walls or floors while removing countertops to dry the area. And they were the only company that finished their part in a timely manner.

Fast response, clean and polite. They are well informed of many insurance policies and what would be covered. They took lots of pictures for our insurance since they knew what they would be looking for. Once we found asbestos the containment went right up. Quick work.

We had a massive tree cut part of our house in half from second story roof all the way to garage floor. We were out in touch worh Eagle by our insurer at 4:30 AM and left a message. Andy called back in 10 minutes and had us started on the road to help. He is incredibly responsive and helpful with everything in a very difficult situation. Cannot recommend him and Eagle more highly!

Eagle helped us with a water problem with some bonus nasties- they cleaned everything up and treated our home very professionally. If I'm unfortunate enough to need water cleanup again, they're getting called first.

We were so impressed with Trenton and Dillon's skill, and friendly and professional service. They went above and beyond to ensure restoring our flooded kitchen was as painless as possible. They were always on time, providing updates and Paul and Andy helped us get insurance on board for immediate cleanup and restoration. The Eagle team was a BIG bright spot during an unfortunate scenario.

Eagle Restoration came out within an hour when my sink got plugged and busted a pipe and it leaked from my upstairs kitchen to my downstairs bathroom. They came out and did test for asbestos and started drying out walls so plumber could come back out and open walls to fix leak. They were very professional and very clean. They kept us informed of process and helped me work with my insurance. Very friendly and helpful people. Would highly recommend! Great company!

I cant say enough about Andy and Eagle Restoration. They were not only amazing at what they do, but a company i could really trust in a time when I was dealing with a lot of issues for the first time. He even was able to come by when the adjuster came through to make sure he was able to give his opinions and findings.

We called Eagle Restoration yesterday to help us assess interior/ceiling water damage and whether we still had an active leak. The two technicians arrived at 8am sharp this morning in uniform, fully masked and gloved, given the current COVID-19 situation. They tested the area, confirmed it was dry and provided the name of a contractor for us to consider to repair the damage. In and out in 15 minutes! Two thumbs up!

Andy is AH-MAZING. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him, Paul, and Dimitri. They are responsive, quick, thorough, and excellent communicators. Don’t let your insurance company call any old company. Call these folks. You won’t regret it.

Around Thanksgiving 2019 we had a major water damage in our kitchen due to a rat eating through the dishwasher drain hose, unbeknown to us, and the floor flooded. The laminate flooring and the lower counters were damaged beyond repair. The floor needed to be dried which took several weeks but Andy and Demitri and their crew took care of removing the cabinets and flooring and drying the subfloor. They provided protection for adjoining rooms so we could still use them. They were exceptionally professional, showing up when they said they would or calling and rescheduling with in a day or 2 when they couldn't make it (this was during the Christmas holidays). They clearly explained every step of the porcess and did everything they said they would do. They made the transition from disaster to the next step of remodeling flawless and remarkably tolerable. They are outstanding!
